MESSAGE FROM THE MAYOR

On behalf of my City Council colleagues and the City of Regina, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 56th annual Mosaic – A Festival of Cultures. This cherished event is one of the most anticipated events of the year, offering something for everyone - thrilling performances by talented dancers, beautiful music, vibrant arts and crafts, and delicious cuisine.
Mosaic is an inclusive celebration that brings our community together to honour diversity and culture. As Mayor, I am proud of the festival’s success over the past five decades and to support events that embrace multiculturalism. Mosaic reminds us of the strength found in diversity and provides an opportunity for connection. I encourage you to explore the pavilions and immerse yourself in this rich cultural experience.
Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, cultural ambassadors, performers and everyone who makes this festival possible year after year. I also extend my gratitude to the Regina Multicultural Council for their valued contributions to our community.
